will contact you within 3 business days after form submission to
confirm the project details and information you would like to
explore. Once approved, you will receive an access link to
activate your test environment on a GIGABYTE server within 2
weeks.
GIGABYTE Launchpad provides one server for various computational
architectures and configures a basic operating environment for
eligible users to conduct product validation. If you have
additional requirements or are interested in specific server
models, please contact us directly. We will strive to meet
customer needs based on product availability.
GIGABYTE Launchpad provides free testing environments and equipment for customers to remotely explore GIGABYTE's latest server technology. According to the application items chosen, Giga Computing will provide products and configurations to approved users for free for one to two weeks to conduct compatibility and performance tests of servers and software programs.
GIGABYTE Launchpad is not limited to specific use cases such as the type of group or business unit applying or the region. The purpose of this program is to provide users with the latest server technology to help them familiarize themselves with the use of new hardware and verify the compatibility and performance of their services deployed on GIGABYTE servers.
It is available to users in all regions of the world. We fully understand the challenges brought by the cross-domain integration of computer hardware and software applications. Once your application is approved, we will contact you by email and provide the internet connection and system login information. The client only needs to prepare a device with a browser and a network connection.
The main purpose of the program is to provide compatibility testing and performance tuning of applications and server hardware. To ensure network information security and normal bare metal operation, we use Identity and Access Management (IAM) to establish an information security system; therefore, users cannot freely change their passwords and accounts. At the same time, we do not provide IPMI out-of-band management to ensure the normal operation of the server.
After the user completes the test schedule applied for, we will immediately remove the user account and all data uploaded by the applicant to ensure that customer information confidentiality remains intact.
